Managing Impact Programs requires its own set of critical ingredients to ignite high levels of multi-party cooperation, ensuring smooth cross organizational team building and partnerships are developed and nurtured to deal with these complex undertakings at the execution stage. To assist Clients, ICDI is developing unique multi-partner platform – ICDI Way – for program management across organizations, with smart and real-time monitoring and reporting tools for agreed operating procedures.

ICDI Way, provides the network of partners with continuous orientation and the operational management team with a strong coordination mechanism for program implementation. This advanced collaboration system allows ICDI to be very flexible in Program Implementation and supporting multi-partner cooperation schemes allowing for partnerships to deliver the largest impact.

S4: Impact Program Business Plan Management –ICDI way (Navigate)

The business plan management will be through the implementation of the program, its monitoring, course corrections from the perspectives of co-creation along with the support from government and its institutions, private sector, FIIs, donors, UN and other development agencies. Ultimate goal of the business plan will be to address the key results required from the program and its implementation.

S5: Impact Team Building Workshop

While designing the program, a need assessment will be done to execute the capacity building workshops. This will essentially capture the understanding on the existing technical, commercial and implementation capacities. In such workshop team capacity building will be considered with setting goals, activities, inputs, outputs and impact outcomes. This will be conducted with a homogenous team with similar background from technical, commercial, implementation and monitoring. This will facilitate and act as a catalyst towards the success of the program.
